What does a Meesho label crop change?
The original PDF is your source document. A cropped PDF is a print layout for the parcel label. It should preserve the complete delivery and return details, barcode, courier marks and order reference that your dispatch process needs. A page can look neat and still be unusable if a barcode has lost its white margin or the printer shrinks the text too far.
Cropping an invoice area from the print layout does not delete the original file or decide whether an invoice must accompany the shipment. How to crop a Meesho shipping label PDF
- Download the correct PDF. Meesho's shipping instructions say to accept an order in the Supplier Panel, then download and print its label and manifest. Confirm the label PDF's order references match the parcels you will pack.
- Open the tool. Visit the Meesho Label Crop Tool and choose or drop the PDF. The file picker can accept several PDFs when you need one batch.
- Review the options. SKU sorting is selected by default; courier sorting is separate. Set quantity priority, invoice handling and any text overlay to fit your packing routine.
- Generate the print PDF. Select Crop & Generate Print-Ready PDF. If you change the options after processing, reprocess before downloading so the file reflects the new choices.
- Inspect the result. Look at the first and last labels and at least one label from each source file. Confirm the order ID, SKU, courier, address and barcode area.
- Print one test label. Use the actual paper size in the printer driver. Check for clipping or scaling and scan the barcode with your normal dispatch scanner if one is available.
If the barcode or address is cut off, return to the original PDF and review the chosen layout. Do not solve a blurry print by making a screenshot of the PDF; that can lose text and code detail.
Choose options for the way your team packs

Sorting supports the pick-and-pack sequence; it cannot verify that the correct product was placed into a parcel. Compare each item's SKU, variant and quantity with the order before sealing. For physical product stickers, use the separate SKU label guide.
Thermal label or A4 sheet?
Use a layout that matches your available roll or sheet. A 4×6-inch label is about 101.6 × 152.4 mm, while A6 is 105 × 148 mm; the names are close but the dimensions differ. Check the preview at the paper size set in your printer. If the driver scales the page, inspect the address and barcode after printing rather than relying on an “actual size” rule for every device.
An A4 layout may put several labels on one sheet when the source content and margins allow it. Check that every label remains readable and has enough space for cutting. Paper use, print time and barcode quality depend on the source file, layout and printer, so test your own setup before making a full batch. Keep a multi-file batch traceable
The tool can queue several PDFs and combine their labels. This helps when you have several downloads or seller accounts, but it also makes a wrong-file mistake harder to spot. Review the selected file list before generating, then compare the output label count and a sample from every source file with your order records. Use distinct sub-order numbers when checking the batch against payment or order exports. A single order can have multiple lifecycle or payment rows. For courier handover, verify the parcels and their labels against the pickup record; a sorted print stack is only an aid to that check.
What happens to the PDF data?
The tool processes PDF bytes and full page text in your browser. The complete PDF is not sent through its usage analytics request. After processing, Seller Analytics Hub records a limited batch summary that may include seller name, order IDs, SKUs, counts and selected options. Review the privacy notice and your business's data-handling requirements before processing customer documents.
