Seller Analytics Hub Extension Privacy Policy

This page explains what Meesho Seller Lens and Meesho Supplier Analytics access, how local caching works, and how optional workspace sync is protected.

1. Introduction

At Seller Analytics Hub, we are committed to maintaining trust and compliance. This Privacy Policy covers our separately installable Meesho Seller Lens and Meesho Supplier Analytics browser extensions (together, "the Extensions"). Seller Lens supports listing research and report sync. Supplier Analytics provides cached order operations and connected seller tools inside the Meesho Supplier Panel.

2. Data Collection & Access

Minimalist Access Scope

The Extension only accesses the data strictly necessary to fulfill its single purpose (automated dashboard synchronization):

  • Financial & Sales Data: Seller Lens reads the report data you explicitly sync. Supplier Analytics reads the order status you explicitly load or refresh from the active supplier.meesho.com session.
  • Local Operational Cache: Supplier Analytics saves successful order snapshots by supplier and status in the extension's IndexedDB storage so reopening, searching, filtering and navigating do not repeat marketplace requests. Connection metadata and refresh guards use chrome.storage.local. Saved snapshots remain available until you replace or explicitly clear them.
  • Authentication Tokens: Each Extension securely stores its own revocable, product-scoped Seller Analytics Hub token and workspace mapping metadata in chrome.storage.local.

3. How We Process and Use Your Information

We believe in absolute operational transparency. The accessed data is used as follows:

  • Explicit Transmission: Seller Lens sends reports only during an explicit sync workflow. Supplier Analytics order caches remain local; account-owned costs and SAH import analytics use your mapped workspace when you choose those connected features.
  • No Credentials Access: The Extension never reads, intercepts, or stores your Meesho account password or banking details.
  • No Cross-Site History: The Extension does not track your location, browsing habits, or activity on any non-Meesho websites.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We implement industry-leading encryption and transport standards to safeguard your seller data:

  • No Third-Party Distribution: We do not sell, rent, or transfer your transaction history or business data to any advertising networks, data brokers, or third parties.
  • Secure Transports: All communications between the Extension and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS).

5. Your Rights and Deletion Control

Since all synced data is mapped directly to your Seller Analytics Hub account, you retain full rights over your data. You can delete imported files, unlink mapped accounts, or permanently delete your account through your Dashboard Settings at any time.
