By accessing or using the website Seller Analytics Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease using our calculators, printing engines, and educational resources.
2. Estimations & Financial Disclaimers
Not Professional Financial or Legal Advice
The calculations, settlement matrices, dynamic RTO risk adjustments, and tax deductions (GST, TDS under Section 194-O, and TCS) provided by our tools are estimations and mathematical projections only. They are based on active platform parameters and the values you input. We do not guarantee absolute alignment with your official settlement statement. Sellers must verify actual settlement values in their official supplier panels.
3. Label Cropper Tool Fair-Use Policy
Our in-browser PDF Label Cropper is provided as a productivity enhancement tool. By using the cropper, you represent and warrant that:
- You are processing legitimate marketplace PDFs matching orders under your active supplier accounts.
- You will not upload or attempt to parse corrupted, malicious, or highly modified non-shipping PDFs.
- You acknowledge that print scaling and barcode scannability depend entirely on your local printer preferences, thermal hardware DPI, and label media quality.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original source code (specifically our custom settlement equations, local canvas cropping algorithms, Excel export modules, and mobile responsive designs), assets, typography integrations, and all blog content are the exclusive property of Seller Analytics Hub. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit our algorithms without explicit written permission.
5. User Accounts
If you create a registered account on our dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your authorization credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any suspicious account activity. We reserve the complete right to terminate accounts that violate system resources or execute malicious queries.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller Analytics Hub, its founder Amit Verma, or its e-commerce contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (1) discrepancies between our calculator predictions and actual marketplace settlements, (2) losses incurred due to unscannable thermal printed barcodes, (3) tax penalties due to incorrect GST/TDS calculations, or (4) logistics delays or RTO disputes with courier partners.
7. Platform Affiliation Disclaimer
Seller Analytics Hub is an independent analytical resource. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Private Limited) or any courier logistics providers. All brand trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
