At Seller Analytics Hub, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, protect, and handle data when you browse our platform, use our calculators, read our guides, or process e-commerce labels. We strictly comply with the Information Technology Act of India and international data governance frameworks.
2. PDF Label Cropping
The Meesho label cropping tool processes PDF bytes and page text in your browser. The PDF file, customer names, addresses and full page text are not sent to our server by the crop workflow. This does not mean that the tool sends no data: after processing, it transmits a limited usage summary as described below.
After processing, the Hub records a limited usage summary that may include seller name, extracted order IDs, seller SKUs, file and label counts, selected options, processing time and whether the batch came from the extension. For signed-in users, the summary is associated with the account for usage reporting. For guests, a one-way hash groups repeat visits and the IP address is encrypted at rest. The summary does not include the PDF bytes, customer address or full page text.

3. Information We Collect
Some public calculators and label workflows can be used without account registration; connected account, saved workspace and premium features may require sign-in. Depending on the feature you use, we handle:
- Identity Data: Full name and e-commerce business name (submitted via contact forms or registration).
- Contact Data: Verified email address (for account setup, billing, and support responses).
- Operational Data: Product costs, shipping rates, and RTO variables that you calculate (stored locally in active session buffers or saved securely under your dashboard profile if you have a registered account).
- Usage & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser context, and label-cropper summaries including order IDs, seller SKUs, file counts, label counts, and selected crop options.
4. Cookies, Local Storage & Consent Management
We use standard local session cookies and browser LocalStorage buffers to store your selected preferences (e.g. preferred GST rates, custom packaging fees, and label dimensions). This ensures your preferences are preserved when you refresh the page.
We also utilize Microsoft Clarity for structural heatmaps and diagnostic tracking. Clarity records screen movements, scrolling behavior, and form focus events in an entirely anonymous format to help us identify rendering errors. It does not record typed passwords or payment data.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your privacy preferences across all analytical and advertising tags. Users can review our comprehensive cookie categorization, manage their preferences, or withdraw consent at any time via our Cookie Policy.
5. Advertising, Google AdSense & Third-Party Partners
To support the development and continuous maintenance of our free tools, calculators, and educational guides, we partner with third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdSense (operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
- Third-Party Vendor Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie and unique advertising identifiers) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Seller Analytics Hub or other websites across the Internet.

We implement industry-standard secure network layer practices, including active Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, secure hashing protocols, and input sanitizers. Your dashboard credentials and uploaded catalog statistics are protected by advanced authorization barriers.
7. Your Data Rights
If you have registered an account, you retain the complete right to request a full CSV export of your e-commerce data or initiate a permanent, immediate deletion of your account.
