2. PDF Label Cropping — Absolute Security Guarantee

100% Client-Side Sandbox Processing

Our PDF Label Cropping tool processes your documents entirely within your local browser's memory sandbox (using client-side JavaScript canvas and rendering libraries). Your shipping labels and customer addresses are NEVER uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers. The data remains entirely on your computer, guaranteeing 100% compliance with buyer confidentiality and logistics guidelines.

3. Information We Collect

We do not require account registration to use our public calculators and label tools. However, for registered users or those reaching out via contact forms, we handle:

  • Identity Data: Full name and e-commerce business name (submitted via contact forms or registration).
  • Contact Data: Verified email address (for account setup, billing, and support responses).
  • Operational Data: Product costs, shipping rates, and RTO variables that you calculate (stored locally in active session buffers or saved securely under your dashboard profile if you have a registered account).
  • Usage & Telemetry Data: IP address, operating system, and browser engine type collected to optimize page render speed and interface scaling.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use standard local session cookies and browser LocalStorage buffers to store your selected settings (e.g. preferred GST rates, custom packaging fees, and label dimensions). This ensures your preferences are preserved when you refresh the page.

We also utilize Microsoft Clarity for structural heatmaps and conversion tracking. Clarity records screen movements, scrolling behavior, and form focus events in an entirely anonymous format to help us identify rendering errors. It does not record typed passwords or payment data.

5. Third-Party Integrations

To provide a premium responsive visual presentation, our site integrates resources from:

  • Google Fonts: Loads high-fidelity typography (Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans) for clean readability.
  • FontAwesome CDN: Renders iconography.
  • Razorpay: Facilitates secure payment pipelines for optional premium accounts. We do not store or process card numbers or banking credentials on our platform.
