Need to crop a Flipkart shipping label? Start with the PDF from your own seller workflow. Use a PDF editor for a one-off crop; for repeated batches or SKU sorting, compare Seller Hub extensions and their permissions and file handling. Seller Analytics Hub's Meesho Label Crop Tool is built for Meesho PDFs and has not been validated for Flipkart.
Choose a Flipkart label workflow
- Your export already fits your printer: print one test copy and skip cropping if the label remains clear.
- One file has extra page area or an invoice: use a PDF editor, keep the original, and crop a copy. Retain the invoice record even if you prepare a separate parcel-label print.
- You process many orders and need sorting: compare a Seller Hub extension's supported sorting, permissions and file-handling policy. The provider comparison below describes listed features; it does not independently test them.
Whichever route you use, keep the full barcode, address, shipment ID and courier instructions inside the crop. A neat crop can still fail if the printer scales or clips the page.
Printing an internal product sticker as well? See the SKU label printing guide for the difference between a SKU sticker, an MRP label and a parcel shipping label.
Compare Flipkart label crop tools by workflow
A Flipkart label cutter can mean a browser extension that works inside Seller Hub or a PDF tool where you select and upload a downloaded file. Those workflows handle access and data differently. The examples below are a shortlist from public product pages, not an endorsement or a hands-on test of label output:
| Option | Workflow described by the provider | Check before using it |
|---|---|---|
| Label Cropping | On September 30, 2026, its product page described a Chrome extension for Flipkart Seller Hub, local browser processing, bulk downloads, SKU and delivery-vendor sorting, merged PDFs, and a 1,500-label monthly free allowance. The same page advertised paid plans from ₹70 per month on annual billing; features, limits and pricing are provider statements. | Confirm the extension publisher and requested permissions, then check current plan terms and data disclosures in the Chrome Web Store before installing. The provider's no-upload statement has not been independently tested. Print and scan a sample from your own Seller Hub export. |
| CropSheet | Its current page describes browser-side Flipkart label cropping to 4×6, a separate invoice PDF, an order spreadsheet and SKU sorting. Its site and privacy page say files stay in the browser and describe an offline test; these are provider statements, not an independent audit. | Check that the extracted order fields match the original PDF and that the 4×6 output fits your actual roll. Review the provider's current privacy page and test its offline claim yourself before using customer files. |
| SellerBox Flipkart Label Sort & Crop | Its public tool page describes uploading Flipkart PDFs, separating the shipping label from the invoice, sorting by SKU and downloading a print-ready PDF for thermal or A4 printers. | The upload and output workflow is described by the provider. Before using customer documents, review the current privacy and deletion terms, file limits and invoice behavior; inspect and test the output against your own export. |
| DocImageHub Flipkart Label Crop | Its page describes batch cropping at the invoice boundary and optional SKU sorting. The provider says files are processed on its server over an encrypted connection and deleted automatically after about an hour; this is a provider statement, not an independent security test. | Server processing may not suit every seller's data-handling needs. Review the current privacy terms, compare the crop with the source page, and test the barcode and print size before a batch. |
| Lebely Flipkart Label Cropper | Its page describes uploading Flipkart PDFs, choosing whether invoices are included, batch cropping and SKU-related features. These are vendor statements, not a hands-on test. | Check supported PDF layouts and file handling with the vendor. Use a copy of your own export to compare label count, invoice pages, SKU order, barcode margins and print size before a full batch. |
| Sellerio Flipkart Label Crop | Its public page describes on-device cropping, invoice handling, SKU sorting, thermal and A4 layouts, and downloadable or direct-print output. | These are provider statements, not an independent file-handling or print test. Check the current privacy disclosure and confirm that the source layout matches the tool before processing a batch. |
| EasyCrop | The homepage describes a browser upload workflow for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho PDFs, with SKU grouping, invoice options and merged output. | Check the file-size limit, privacy terms, exact Flipkart page layouts and how invoice pages are handled. Print and scan a sample from your own export before using a full batch. |
| LabelInvoice | Its homepage describes uploads from Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho and other marketplaces, label/invoice separation, and 4×6 thermal or A4 layouts. The provider says files are processed on its servers and automatically deleted. | Review its current privacy terms before uploading customer labels. Server-side processing and deletion are provider statements, not an independent security test. Confirm the output size and print one sample. |
| LabelWizard | Its page describes browser-based Flipkart PDF cropping and a 100 × 150 mm (4×6) output. It says the basic crop runs on the device without uploading the PDF. | These are provider statements, not independent privacy or print tests. Review its privacy terms and print one sample at actual size; do not assume every Flipkart export or printer behaves the same. |
| MagicalToolz Flipkart Label Cropper | The page presents an interactive Flipkart label crop tool and says it can split order PDFs into labels, invoices and an SKU summary. | Test the interactive workflow with a copy of your PDF. Confirm output dimensions, invoice handling, supported sorting options and whether files are uploaded or processed locally. |
| PDF Cropper | Its tools page lists a Flipkart label workflow alongside Amazon, Meesho and other marketplace PDF tools; it describes invoice, pickup and SKU sorting options. | Verify which listed options are available in the current tool, inspect the generated PDF, and review its current privacy and pricing terms before uploading customer labels. |
| Authorized Flipkart export or a PDF editor | Flipkart's API documentation describes label-only and integrated label/invoice PDF endpoints. A label-only export may remove the need to crop. | Confirm which exports your account is authorized to use. Keep the original file and test the print layout before processing the batch. |
Public product pages checked on September 30, 2026; features, prices, limits and privacy terms can change. A provider's claim is not an independent security or print-quality test. Seller Analytics Hub's cropper is for Meesho PDFs and does not process Flipkart files.
For context on Lebely's Meesho cropper and ERP offering, see the Lebely software review. The Flipkart page above is a separate provider-described workflow.
What Flipkart's label API documents
Flipkart's Download Labels API describes an integrated label with an optional invoice for packed shipments using auto-invoicing, including a merged PDF for up to 100 shipment IDs per request. Its Order Management API reference also documents a label-only PDF endpoint. These are API capabilities, not a guarantee that every Seller Hub account shows the same controls. Check the PDF your workflow actually provides and match each shipment ID to the order you are packing.
How to crop a Flipkart label PDF safely
- Open the original PDF. Look at every page before editing. Make a copy so you can return to the original if the crop is wrong.
- Mark the complete shipping label boundary. Include the barcode or QR code, recipient and return addresses, shipment ID, courier marks and any handling text printed with the label. Leave a small margin around the printed content.
- Crop the copy in a PDF editor. Use its page crop or print selection feature. If the export includes an invoice, decide separately whether that document must accompany the order; do not delete it from your records just because it is not being placed on the parcel.
- Choose the actual printer media. Match the PDF output to the label roll or A4 sheet you have. Do not assume that every Flipkart label is the same size.
- Print one test label. Inspect the edges, scan the barcode if your workflow uses a scanner, and confirm the shipment ID on the print matches the packed order.
Where should the crop boundary go?
Start outside the outermost printed content, then leave a margin for your printer. Do not crop tightly to a barcode or QR code: its surrounding blank area can matter to scanning. Include the full customer and return addresses, any routing text, and the shipment reference. If part of the label is near a page edge, add more space rather than clipping a line to fit a preset.
A shipping label and an invoice have different jobs. If the PDF includes both, you can prepare a parcel-label print layout while retaining the original invoice document. Confirm the invoice and transport requirements for the specific shipment before deciding what to print or include in the parcel.
Thermal label or A4 sheet?
With a thermal printer, use the paper size configured for your roll and check the preview at actual size. With an A4 printer, place labels on the sheet only after confirming that none is compressed beyond readability. The source PDF and your courier workflow decide what can be rearranged; a fixed “four labels per sheet” rule is unsafe for every export.
If the print preview clips an address or barcode, stop and adjust the crop boundary or paper setting. If text becomes fuzzy, work from the original PDF instead of taking a screenshot of the label.
Flipkart label printing on a 4×6 thermal printer
Before the batch, check that the PDF page size and printer media agree. In the print dialog, inspect the preview, confirm the selected 4×6 roll only when that matches your actual label stock, and check for scaling or clipping. Print one page first; compare the full address, shipment ID, barcode and courier instructions against the source. A 4×6 setting alone does not prove that a differently sized source label will fit correctly.
Check a merged Flipkart label batch
When one PDF contains several shipments, check more than its first page. Compare a label near the start, middle and end with the corresponding packed orders. Count the distinct shipment IDs you expected, then make sure no page was skipped, repeated or printed at a different scale. Keep the original batch PDF until the parcels are handed over and your records are complete.
If your PDF editor cannot keep the page order clear, process smaller batches. A faster print job is not useful if a label is attached to the wrong parcel.
Common mistakes when cutting labels
- Cutting to the barcode edge: leave white space around the code so a scanner can read it.
- Mixing shipments: compare the printed ID with the parcel before attaching the label.
- Assuming the invoice is disposable: check the current seller instructions for your order and keep the original export for your records.
- Saving only a low-resolution image: retain a PDF copy so fine text and codes stay clear.
What to do after the test print
Once the first label is clear, use the same printer settings for that batch and spot-check later pages. If the source layout changes, repeat the test. Sellers who also process Meesho orders can follow the separate Meesho label crop guide; the PDFs and tool workflows should not be treated as interchangeable.
For an alternative tool, compare the provider's current supported Flipkart formats, extension permissions or upload destination, invoice handling, batch sorting and output size. Then test a small file you can verify against its original. The comparison table above contains provider descriptions; it is not an independent test of their privacy claims, crop accuracy or print results.
Looking for a Flipkart label crop tool? The Seller Analytics Hub cropper currently supports Meesho PDFs, not Flipkart files. This page is a manual PDF and print checklist; use a Flipkart-authorized export or a PDF editor for the steps above, and verify the finished print before dispatch.
Common questions
Can I crop a Flipkart shipping label from a PDF?
Yes. Work from the original shipment label PDF, preserve the full shipping label and barcode margin, then test the printed result against the shipment ID before dispatch.
Do I need to crop every Flipkart label PDF?
No. Flipkart documents both an integrated label PDF and a label-only PDF endpoint. If your authorized workflow provides a label-only file that prints clearly on your media, use it without cropping. Check the actual export before editing.
Does a Flipkart label PDF always contain an invoice?
No. Flipkart’s label API documentation describes an optional invoice for packed shipments when the seller uses its auto-invoicing solution. Inspect your actual PDF and keep the required documents for the order.
Can I use the Seller Analytics Hub Meesho cropper for Flipkart PDFs?
The current browser cropper is built for Meesho PDFs and has not been validated for Flipkart labels. Use this print checklist with a PDF editor or the workflow authorized for your Flipkart account.
