Choose the print layout
- Save the original Meesho PDF before changing its print layout.
- Open the Meesho label tool and select a small sample batch.
- Choose the paper size that matches your printer and decide whether invoice pages should appear in the output.
- Review the first and last label. Check the full barcode, address and order reference.
- Print one test copy, confirm it matches the parcel, then process the rest of the batch.
If the invoice must accompany the order, prepare it in the form required by that workflow. A label-only thermal print does not prevent you from retaining or printing an invoice separately.
Keep a usable invoice record
Store the original export with the order or settlement reference so you can retrieve it for a buyer question, return, accounting review or support case. Do not rely on a cropped parcel label as your only sales document. Confirm the invoice details and retention method with the person responsible for your books.
Paper savings depend on your own paper, toner, adhesive and order mix. If you want to compare layouts, price one full A4 print against the thermal or multi-label layout you actually use, then include any separately required invoice print. A universal percentage saving would hide those costs.
